What is a seat?
One seat = one clinician login. Each BCBA or BCaBA on your team needs their own seat. Directors who also carry a caseload need a BCBA seat, not a Director seat.
What happens after the founding rate period?
Your rate is locked at $75/seat/mo for your first 12 months. After that, it moves to the standard $99/mo rate. You’ll receive 30 days notice before any price change.
If I’m a Clinical Director, will I be charged during my trial?
A card is required to start your trial, but you will not be charged until the 7-day trial period ends. You can cancel anytime before then at no cost.
What happens when a BCBA I’ve added leaves my agency?
Their seat and access are revoked immediately. They can continue using BehaviorLabs AI by purchasing their own individual BCBA seat.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing portal. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Is BehaviorLabs AI HIPAA compliant?
BehaviorLabs AI runs on HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure with encrypted storage and access controls. All generated documents are stored in encrypted S3 with time-limited download links. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available upon request.
What agents are included?
The BIP Agent, Behavior Assessment Agent, and Milestones Agent are live now. Treatment Plan and Session Notes agents are in development and will be available to all BCBA seat holders at no additional cost when they launch.
Do documents require clinical review before use?
Yes. All AI-generated documents are drafts that require review and approval by a supervising BCBA before clinical use or insurer submission. BehaviorLabs AI is a documentation tool, not a clinical decision-maker.
